1. 1.

   Agentrix (“Service”) provides agent-reachability diagnosis of critical web flows (signup through pre-checkout) only with explicit authorization from the site owner or rightful authority. The operator is identified in the operator box above. Governing law is Japan; exclusive first-instance jurisdiction is the Tokyo District Court.

2. 2.

   Before running a diagnosis, you must record confirmer name and date in the consent gate and warrant that you have authority to test the target site. Unauthorized runs, reconnaissance, or attacks are prohibited and may violate applicable law including Japan’s Unauthorized Computer Access Act.

3. 3.

   The Service does not execute purchase confirmation. Matching confirm-purchase clicks are refused by the harness. Unexpected outcomes cannot be fully excluded given agent and site behavior—use caution on live payment paths.

4. 4.

   Diagnosis reports are free at this time. No continuous monitoring, SLA, uptime, or score-improvement guarantee. Anthropic API and similar costs are borne by the API-key holder who runs diagnose.

5. 5.

   Prohibited: scanning without consent, abusive use, CAPTCHA bypass attempts, circumventing safety controls, unlawful collection of personal data, and violations of target-site terms.

6. 6.

   Results, screenshots, and timelines are point-in-time observations. We do not warrant reproducibility, completeness, or fitness for third-party presentation. Confirm fit with your own legal and security policies before commercial use.

7. 7.

   We may change or discontinue the Service without notice. Access, correction, and deletion requests: use the Contact page or listed email after identity verification; we respond within a reasonable period.
