  1. 1.

We handle personal information in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related rules. This policy covers information obtained through Agentrix.

  2. 2.

Examples of data: consent records (confirmer name/date), customer ID (assigned by you), target URL, diagnosis results (score, failure reasons, screenshots, timeline), run metadata (action count, estimated cost), and optional contact details you send in inquiries.

  3. 3.

Purposes: generating/storing reports, consent audit trail, abuse prevention, service improvement, inquiry response, and—if offered later—customer-scoped monitoring timelines.

  4. 4.

Storage: configured Supabase (Postgres/Storage) or local storage on the execution host. Screenshots are part of results and are referenced via time-limited signed URLs where possible. The public homepage lists only CLI-marked demos and an illustrative sample. Non-demo diagnosis data is automatically deleted 90 days after execution (enforced by the worker), unless a legal duty requires longer retention. Deletion requests via Contact are handled after identity checks, typically within 14 days.

  5. 5.

Processors / sharing: we do not sell personal data. Screen context may be sent to AI providers such as Anthropic for inference. We limit scope and supervise processors as appropriate.

  6. 6.

Security measures: HTTPS, access control, service-role keys kept server-side, and technical guardrails (purchase-confirm block, no CAPTCHA bypass, public-URL restrictions).

  7. 7.

Access, correction, suspension, and deletion: after identity checks we respond within a reasonable period via the Contact page. Cookies are limited to essential locale routing plus privacy-oriented analytics (Vercel Analytics) and non-identifying first-party funnel events (e.g., consent CTA counts). We do not use advertising tracking cookies or cross-site tracking.

  8. 8.

We may update this policy and will post material changes on the site. Cross-border processing (e.g., US-based APIs) is handled under applicable contracts and safeguards.
